As the session progresses, we shift into a slower, grounding rhythm—stimulating the parasympathetic “rest and digest” system, inviting deep calm, clarity, and integration.

Breath-work
As a Somatic Breath-work Practitioner Cara is a trained facilitator who guides individuals through intentional breathing techniques designed to access and release stored physical and emotional tension in the body. Using a combination of rhythmic breath patterns, body awareness, and nervous system regulation tools, they support clients in activating and rebalancing their autonomic responses—helping to shift physically held tension, stress, and limiting patterns. Cara’s role is to hold a safe, grounded space for transformation, allowing the breath to become a powerful tool for healing, embodiment, and self-discovery.
