Women’s Ecstatic Dance Experience

Join us on the last Friday of each month for a women’s-only evening of movement, music, and connection.

We begin with guided breath and gentle movement to help you arrive in your body and feel at ease in the space. From there, music becomes the guide inviting intuitive movement, emotional expression, and joyful group energy.

No choreography. No expectations. No experience needed. Just space to move, feel, and be.
